Melissa Mollner
Artistic Director & Producer

Melissa Mollner is a New York City-based theatrical & event producer and founder of Level Ground Productions. She has a passion for bringing new theatrical work to New York City, specifically Biblically-based pieces and stories with redemptive themes.

Melissa is the Director of Events and Operations at Church of the City New York and also serves on the leadership team for CREATIVE NYC a community of redemptive artists in New York City.

Most recently she Produced the NYC Premiere reading of “Song of Ilion” which was awarded a New York State of the Arts grant. Prior to that she Directed & Produced the NYC Premiere of “SEEN IN THE LINE” at The GREENROOM 42. She founded Level Ground Productions in 2018 and has produced and collaborated on numerous projects over the years in NYC including Revelation: The Musical, Co-Lead Producer (Off-Broadway, NYC Premiere at 54 Below, 10th Anniversary Film), Ecclesiastes: The Circus of Life Virtual Cabaret, Lead Producer & Co-Director; Samson: The Wrestling Musical Virtual Cabaret, Co-Producer. Previously she was the Operations Manager for Fellowship for Performing Arts, a New York Off-Broadway, Nat'l/Int'l Tour Company.

Melissa is the event producer for PRAY NYC’s annual ALTARS CONFERENCE, an international prayer conference Seeking God for Revival & Awakening in our time.

In addition to theatrical producing, Melissa’s career has spanned numerous industries including television production (ABC and CBS) and publicity (FOX Broadcasting Company), marketing and advertising (Team One Advertising Agency, WebMD, Loma Linda University Health) and production management (Church of the City New York).
